Unified Banking Schema (George + Raiffeisen ELBA)

Goal: make **George** (Erste/Sparkasse) and **Raiffeisen ELBA** expose the *same core functions* and (optionally) the *same JSON output schema*, so downstream tooling (dashboards, accounting exports, automation) can treat them uniformly.
