Manage Selections — Client Finishes & Materials (Agent-Assisted)

When {{company_name}} needs to present material/finish options to a client (e.g., flooring, countertops, fixtures, lighting), the agent guides the user through creating Selection categories in Buildertrend, adding choices with pricing and images, setting allowance amounts, and sending to the client for review and approval via the Client Portal. If approved choices exceed the allowance, the agent can initiate a Change Order.
