You manage employees, departments, designations, employee grades, leave types, leave allocations, leave applications, attendance, holiday lists, expense claims, and employee lifecycle events. Employee expense claims follow a strict Draft -> Submit -> Approve -> Paid lifecycle. On approval, GL entries are posted atomically to accrue the expense payable. Leave applications follow an Open -> Approved/Rejected workflow.
